Owner, Vesica Design and Construction
We specialize in designing and building distinctive custom homes that combine modern aesthetics, quality craftsmanship, and energy efficiency.
For more than twenty years we have built strong relationships with Connecticut’s most respected engineers, craftspeople, trades and suppliers. That network is why our estimates are accurate, our schedules are on time, and our details are done right.
We have a particular love for modern design: open plans, large expanses of glass, and energy saving systems that keep the inside calm in every season. We bring the same standard to a historic restoration or a paneled library.

What Our Clients Say About Us
Chris and his crews jumped right into the project, starting ahead of schedule, finishing on time, and within budget. Chris was on the worksite nearly every day, always easy to reach and kept us up to date. The build quality is excellent. Any unexpected issues that did come up were handled professionally, promptly and made right. Our new home is modern, gorgeous and efficient.

The addition on our house wasn’t ever set on proper footings so our living room sank pushing posts up through the floor. Chris was able to easily diagnose and fix the problem followed by installing a beautiful new hardwood floor and trim. Chris is very knowledgeable, his workers are courteous and the finished product is stunning.
